If you are interested in applying for an internship at the Representation of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania in Brussels, please note the following information.The training program forinterns –as part of a mandatory internship – focuses primarily onEuropean law and European policy as well as in all fields of law, in which the EU is active.
Tasks also include project sponsor consultations and research into EU funding programes. You also take part in sessions of the Committee of the Regions, the European Parliament, and Commission events, as well as those of other institutions in Brussels. It goes without saying that we will involve you in the entire range of office operations and provide you with an insight into the everyday work of the Representation.
The duration of the internship is generally three months. The period from mid- July to earlySeptember is not suitable for an internship, as this is the general holiday season.
Unfortunately, the Representation can neither provide funding for the internship nor offeraccommodation.
Tob e eligible fort he internship, applicants must be familiar with at least one foreign language (preferably French or English). They should have a connectionto Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. However, interns from other European countries are also welcome to apply.
